Chicken Hamonado Recipe - Pinoy Style
Ingredients:
1. Chicken Marinade
1 kg - whole chicken
1 cup - pineapple juice
1 cup - lime soda
3 pcs - bay leaves
2 tbsp - soy sauce
1 tsp - ground pepper
2. Saute/ Simmer
2 tbsp.- cooking oil
Marinated Chicken
1 head - garlic
1 cup - shallots
1 tbsp - spicy chilis
1 tsp - chicken powder
1 tbsp - liquid seasoning
8 - pineapple slices
garnish with spicy chilis
Cooking Time: approximately 45 minutes
Serving: 3+ people
